CALORIE INTAKE: The normal requirement during Pregnancy is 300- 400 Kcal per day over & & above your regular intake. Daily calorie count must remain in the range of 2200- 2500 Kcal daily for singleton pregnancy.

In case of twins or triplet Pregnancy, an additional 300 Kcal each day for each fetus.
